We may not brag very much, the school is very much a place of musical excellence where adults and children can learn an instrument and play with others in a relaxed and friendly setting.

All beginner pupils are started on my Easy To Learn Drums booklet. This covers all the basic beats of drumming, some variations on these and also an introduction to drum fills. They will then move onto learning standard drum notation through various different pieces I have written.

Drum teaching experience spans over 20 years and I have experience in teaching all age and skill levels. Whether you are a beginner or just want to expand your current ability I will be able to give you the skills you need to really progress with your playing.

Helped hundreds of guitar players like you learn their favourite songs, become better improvisers, understand how music works, write their own songs, join bands, overcome nagging technique problems, and turn from shy, awkward players into confident musicians.

Teaches drums in our Orange Room. Rachael also works at the amazing Drum Sense and is a great teacher of all styles. We have two drum kits, one for the teacher, one for the student. This gives the student a chance to see and hear what to do ‘live’ and provides the best teaching experience.
